We are in our 3rd week of summer camp and all the athletes have had a blast. Our daily routine begins with our morning stretching to playing for 3 hours in the hot sun!...perfect recipe for fun.
All participants are divided up by age group and have the opportunity to choose between different sport tracts. Our tracts consists of wiffle ball, kick ball, soccer, flag football, basketball, capture the flag, and dodge ball. Our most popular game so far has been capture the flag. I must say that I'd forgotten how much fun capture the flag is to play.
In between our 2nd and 3rd tracts we bring everyone together and give them a lesson based on one of our 5 core values, honor, integrity, character, teamwork, and faith.
